What are you doing for Plastic Free July?

Plastic use is so pervasive in our every day life it can be hard to know where to start to break the addiction.  Plastic Free July is a excellent time to get in on the act and start making some small steps, or challenge yourself, your class and your colleagues to go bit further.
PlasticFree July is a great opportunity to put the spotlight on waste in your schools, and tailor-make your own class, house and even staff challenge or event. There are lots of ideas here: http://www.plasticfreejuly.org

Undertake a waste audit

 
Use the  Zero Waste theme area to run some fun activities likeBury it and dig it up; Waste in a lunchbox; Transformers; Where does our waste go? Refuse to create refuse; or undertake a Waste or Litter Audit.
